Has anyone been to the Los Angeles Auto Show? I think the Mini E looks good, but, the Ford Fusion Hybrid is headed for the highway in 2010. What is there to buy today? Not much in the practical world. You can buy a dependable golf cart, even one that is street legal, but there is a big reason that the top speed limit is less than the technology will allow. Safety. Without government mandated safety features speed is strictly limited on four wheeled EVs. That leads to the tricycle, technical motorcycle Xebra. Motorcycles don’t have the same requirements as four wheeled vehicles. You are allowed to go faster. As DepotEco has demonstrated, that both possible and practical.
