Casey, glad you stopped by. Sorry I wanted to responded sooner but got swamped with Cyber Monday.. !

I agree with your opinion that they are new. And indeed I really like the Buckshot and the Triac. MY issues here are with the Company's lack of response. Unlike you I did not get to test drive the Triac just look at it. Also only got to ride in the Buckshot. Now I understand they have pushed the ship date back to the end of December. All of this I have to find out via Google.. But Wait.. I gave them a deposit for both cars. Also we have been actively working with them to start a dealership here in Santa Barbara. All of that and we still have yet the hear back from them. No phone calls no letter telling me the cars you have order are going to be delayed another month.

I don't care how long it takes as long as they keep us all in the loop. But they are not. I have to force information from them like prying a candy from a kids hands. It seems they are simply unprepared and talk a big game. I keep saying that and hope that they will at least pick up the phone and call us back...

So, Like you I love the Triac and the Buckshot, I just don't like fast talkers.

I hope Green Vehicles can survive the drop in Gas prices and the fact that very soon you can get a Electric Mini cooper from BMW.

With the 3 Major Car Company's taking a hit. It is only logical that they will retool and knock Green Vehicles and Zap out of the Game.. Green Vehicles should be able to use this Lull in the Big 3's monopoly to their benefit!!!

Unfortunately not talking to your Customers, Dealers, and Investors is not the way to accomplish it.

Please do share any info you may have about them.

I also went to San Jose to visit Green Vehicles (fully expecting to be disappointed after reading DepotEco's post). I've been waiting to test drive the Triac for several months, and thought I might be wasting my time. But, I have to say I was very impressed with the way it performed and found the people I spoke with to be pretty helpful. The acceleration was peppy, handling felt smooth, and the interior was comfortable. True, the rather large warehouse was pretty near empty, but maybe they're just getting started. Isn't this the company's first production round?

L.A. Car Show electric vehicles show Mini-E and others coming down the pike. These start up EV companies better get some credibility or stop talking. Stop teasing and give me something I can drive now. This is the same old "you can try it but you can't really have it".

Does anyone know if green vehicles even has an inventory of anything but web pages and one-off prototypes? Until a boat load of something arrives and a banker wants to sell it why worry? So far electric vehicles seem to be fix what you can find to buy. I still find them a lot of trouble compared to buying a gas burner, but that isn't the only issue is it. If a person understands the technology of a golf cart and lives near town EVs could be a good thing, especially if it is down hill all the way home.
