In a city where you have only one place to plug in an electric car it sounds like science fiction. This seems like a good thing to start anywhere a bicycle is practical. Can you get this technology for the USA? I must involve some third party to certify safety in order to get a permit. Mount it on a trailer like the PurePowerD for a mobile rack of electric bicycles with charger.
