Do you charge sales tax?
DepotEco is based in the State of Oregon and has no sales tax. 

NOTE!, YOU MAY OWE USE/SALES TAX ON PURCHASES MADE FROM US DURING THE TAX YEAR. THE AMOUNT OF TAX YOU MAY OWE IS BASED ON THE TOTAL SALES PRICE OF YOUR ORDER THAT MUST BE REPORTED AND PAID WHEN YOU FILE YOUR STATE INCOME TAX RETURN UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THE TAX.

The customer is responsible for all Use Tax, Sales Tax, Vat Tax etc. 


Where is my order? / Order Tracking
Your Tracking info is located on your invoice and can also be located by logging into your account on our site and searching for your orders.

We use USPS, UPS and FEDEX for our Shipping needs. You can track all of these shippers.

We ship your order on the shipment date noted on your invoice.  Our cut off for outgoing shipping is 10 a.m. Monday thru Friday.
All orders received after this time will ship out the next day (Pending Holidays, weekends, non business days or other uncontrollable delays from the shipper)

Do you ship to Canada and overseas?

DepotEco.com will ship international via USPS and UPS (UPS when affordable).  You will be responsible for all VAT, Duties, GST or Customs fees.

When do you charge my credit card?
Your Credit Card is charged on the day you place your order.

What types of payment do you take?
DepotEco.com accepts all major credit cards. AMX, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card. We will also accept Pay Pal and personal checks. If you pay with a personal check we will have to wait until the check clears before we can ship your order (7 - 10 days).

Return Policy
We will provide a full refund (minus shipping), if your item is returned to us within 30 days after your receipt and is in "as new/ unused" condition. Please contact us to let us know your package is being returned.**

** Items cannot be returned unless they have been unopened/unused. Please see detail description on the product for details.  If you have a defective item contact us for more info. 

** Storz and Bickel items, return’s are only accepted if the unit box has not been opened. We cannot take back a unit that has been used in any way. You will need to request service from the Manufacture if the unit/item is having an issue. Please contact us .  If the quality seal of the package is broken, the device / item is deemed as used and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. 

Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning an approved item. When a returned product is approved, the original product, original cartons and manuals must be in "as new" condition for a full refund **. A reasonable deduction will be made for any damaged or missing items. Sorry, no refunds on custom cable and fittings or items that have hygiene concerns as noted above **  and on the product pages.

Be sure to insure and pack your return carefully.

Warranty Information
Our products all come with their full manufacturer’s warranty; usually one year parts and labor, unless noted. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number before returning an item for service. When we know what’s coming back and what’s wrong, we can process your return more efficiently. Please insure and carefully pack any item you send in for service to protect your investment.

We will not offer any warranty for items purchased for Resale or for your repair business where you offer repair services to a customer that is not ours..  We only offer warranty service to customers that have purchased items for their own personal use.
Satisfaction Guarantee **

If an item proves to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping) or credit toward other products**.
Storz and Bickel items, return’s are only accepted if the unit box has not been opened. We cannot take back a unit/item that has been used in any way.  If the quality seal of the package is broken, the device / item is deemed as used and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
