Cookies: Our shopping system uses a session cookie. This cookie assigns a random unique ID to you to make sure the items you want to buy are put in your shopping basket and not somewhere else. This site is secured by DigiCert Inc certificates are providing up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

Links: We have several links to other web sites, we cannot be responsible for any information on them. If you submit personal information on one of these sites, we cannot be responsible for their privacy policy.

Correcting or Updating Information: You can contact us several different ways if you need to change your information or if you have any questions about our policies, merchandise or the company in general.

What Customer Information Does DepotEco.com Collect? While maintaining our commitment to your privacy, we do collect personally and non-personally identifiable information about you. A description of the types of information collected is outlined below. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest.

Personally identifiable information includes your name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, and credit card information. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
DepotEco is the sole owner of the information collected on www.depoteco.com . DepotEco collects personally information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Non-personally identifiable information includes your browser type, domain name, IP address and how you maneuvered through DepotEco.com's web site. We collect this information so that we can identify general shopping and navigation patterns so we might better understand how to improve your experience with us.

If you choose to use our "send this page to a friend" function, please be assured that we do not collect or store your friend's name or email address during this process and this will be a onetime only email. In fact we are using a script that simply launches your own email program, so that you can conveniently send the link to your friend in a fast and easy way.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Payments
Your credit card information is passed via encrypted communication with our credit card processor.
We do not see your credit card numbers in the transaction, that is masked and only the credit card processor can view your entire credit card number for your Safety.

We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection. Orders that request PayPal as the payment system are handle Via PayPal’s payment network. We do not have access to your PayPal Payment info. The web site simply passes the order information to PayPal to Process your payments and provide us with payment confirmation.

Data we process if you visit our Sites:

Even if you are only a visitor on one of our Sites, your computer or device automatically sends technical information to our web servers that we store in log files, including the following "Website Usage Data":

When You Register at our Web site: Registration is optional. You do not have to register to browse our site. You do have to register to purchase products and once registered you may see our below advertised prices! When you register, you are asked for the following information: your name, billing/shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, and a password that you select. At the time of registration, you have the option of choosing to receive email communications from us containing specials, announcements, and newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication.

If your personally identifiable information changes, you may correct or update it by making the change on the "your account" page or by emailing our Customer Support at contact us or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail. Our Legal Basis for Processing

When processing your Personal Data, we rely on the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), an EU-wide legal framework for the standardization of data protection. DepotEco primarily processes data as a controller, for the purposes explained above under Sections 1 and 2 of this Privacy Statement. These purposes represent our legitimate interests for the purposes of Article 6 (1) f) GDPR.  At the same time, some of the Personal Data we process is necessary for us to perform a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you. For example, if you express your interest in purchasing one of our Products, such as by filling out a web form, we will process the Personal Data submitted to comply with your request. This may include sharing your Personal Data with one of our authorized resellers, who will then use your Personal Data to complete the purchase transaction. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
